Cancellation Policy

I consider any appointment that you have made with me to be important. When your appointment is cancelled with short notice, or missed altogether, it is often too late to offer this time to someone else, the appointment time goes unfilled and often someone else is forced to wait or misses out.

As of January 2019 the following cancellation / missed appointment policy is in effect:

Where possible, please provide a minimum of 12 hours notice to cancel your appointment.

When cancellations are made with short notice, I reserve the right to invoice you 50% of the cost of your appointment. This also applies to same-day bookings which are subsequently cancelled.

While I understand that sometimes ‘life happens’ (and this will always be taken into consideration), repeated ‘no shows’ may be asked to make an upfront payment at the time of booking.
