Instructions
Noodle your zucchini using a spiraliser
Chop onion and capsicum into small pieces
Place noodles, onion and capsicum into a large bowl
Avocado Dressing
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy
Combine dressing with zuchini noodles
Add sliced meat, chicken, or eggs if required
Season to taste
