Bentonite Clay Toothpaste (Tooth Powder)
This easy recipe is an effective alternative to commercial toothpastes using bentonite clay

Materials
- 4 tablespoons bentonite clay powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia or xylitol
- 15 drops peppermint oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small container, put the lid on and shake well.
Notes
To use simply wet toothbrush with water, dip into the powder and brush teeth as normal. Rinse mouth with water after to remove any residual clay.
